Charles V. Sheldon, Sr. received the Top Salesman Award
ALBUQUERQUE, NM, August 12, 2011 /Finance PR News/ -- Charles V. Sheldon, Sr., Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of T & C Management, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.
Mr. Sheldon's responsibilities at T & C Management, LLC include overseeing 25 employees, negotiating governmental contracts, determining and reconstructing properties, scheduling, and planning strategies. Prior to his current position, he worked as the deputy director for the United States Department of Agriculture. He became involved in his profession because of his family background in the real estate field, and attributes his success to his work ethic.
In 1983, Mr. Sheldon earned his Master's Degree in Marketing and Finance from New Mexico Highlands University. To further his education, Mr. Sheldon completed the course work and technical competency requirements for the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member, in 2002. He is affiliated with the Apartment Association of New Mexico, serving on the board of the government affairs committee, and serves as president elect for his local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, working on his designation as a Certified Property Manager. He has received the Top Salesman Award.
