CARLSBAD, CA, November 08, 2011 /Finance PR News/ -- Jason Wilford, Chief Executive Officer, believes that Microtronix' flexibility is what separates the company from others in the industry. "Our unique selling point is the ability to bend over backwards to meet customer demand," says Wilford. "We try and accommodate client commitments both from a delivery point of view as well as on a quality level.
"Certainly commercially we have assisted clients by holding stock for them when required and assisted them with cash flow constraints, helping them grow the business and in turn boost our order book."
Microtronix is also ISO certified and operates within these internationally recognised quality standards. "We are extremely service orientated and we want to match that with the right quality of goods," notes Wilford.
Microtronix currently has over 200 active customers, ranging from small customers ordering 100 boards a month, to large customers placing orders for 10-20 thousand boards a month. Even though these orders vary in size, Microtronix guarantees to treat each and every customer the same.
"We like to give the same level of service to all customers, we treat them all equally," says Wilford. "We try and match the right technical staff and account managers to the right customers. We have certain customers which require far greater levels of business and commercial support for their growth as well."
