An expert in estate planning, family dispute resolution, planning for the incapacitated person and trust, and estate administration, Mr. Rivlin uses his 10 years of legal experience to serve as a partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP. He is responsible for keeping abreast of all changes in local and federal laws, and handling client matters involving estate and trust law. Prior to joining McDermott Will & Emery LLP, Mr. Rivlin was with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
Mr. Rivlin, who had an article published in the New York Journal in 2011, has done public speaking on the topics of estate planning and guardianship. Driven by his love for the industry, Mr. Rivlin began his career as a corporate lawyer, but later switched to working with private clients.
Mr. Rivlin earned a JD from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in business management and finance from Cornell University in 1987. He was recently honored with the Best Lawyer Award. Mr. Rivlin looks forward to experiencing continued growth in his profession and maintaining and expanding his client base.
