Mr. Pennington has been working with Running Deer Financial for the past 13 years. During his collegiate career, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Colorado State University. He trained under Peter Forkuo and Tyler Hicks before becoming a Finder Broker Consultant. Daryl also owned and operated an automotive detail shop for several years in North Dakota. He is currently working with numerous oilfield service companies in North Dakota on a consultant basis, drawing on his experience growing up in the industry as an oilfield pumper's son who worked on work over rigs from age of 16 to 23.
